At SHL, the global leader in talent innovation, we are seeking a Professional Service (PS) Intern to join our team. The PS Intern is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the business environment by supporting our day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Professional Service team on managing a wide range of talent management and training programs, including both pre-program coordination and onsite support.
  • Support our Business Development and Marketing teams on desktop research and project coordination.
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support for the office.

On-the-Job Training:

  • Consultants will provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to the intern throughout the program.
  • Personality & Ability Assessment Course
  • Learn how to use our signature products in the workplace (e.g., OPQ).
  • Project Management Skills
  • Learn basic project management skills and take lead to be a project leader when opportunity arises.
  • Universal Competency Framework (UCF) Training
  • Learn how to use the Universal Competency Framework (i.e., a comprehensive framework that can effectively describe key competencies in different organisations all over the world).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology or related discipline
  • Interested in building a career in Talent Measurement, Recruitment or Employee Development
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Conscientious and responsible
  • A supportive team player

The intern is expected to work with us for 12 weeks (part-time; 1-2 days per week in normal business hours), and we may extend the internship period if the intern performs well (subject to business needs).
