Professional Service Head
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive customer awareness of product features and company services to maximize the adoption and realized value of their purchased solutions.
2. Actively lead renewal activities (Quote Generating, Pipeline Management, Order Forecasting, Order Processing).
3. Proactively and consistently engage customers to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
4. Recognize expansion opportunities and effectively qualify them for Regional Sales Managers to bring to closure.
5. Maintain accurate view of health of assigned customer segment
6. Proactively anticipate customer needs and effectively manage reactive customer requests.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with each customer.
8. Ensure that the company solution continuously supports the ongoing needs and security objectives for each customer.
9. Develop and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to understand customer's challenges/needs and advise on best practices
2. Experience working in technical support, advisory, pre-sales or other customer engagement roles.
3. Strong software expertise and project management experience including technical/Business background within industry MES solutions.
4. Good understanding of smart manufacturing.
5. Good Business development skills to work well with the customer.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
