• To be the expertise in and knowledge of related products, patients with tumor ablation (such as liver cancer), clinical trials and scientific activities within the disease area of ablation, and must continuously update this expertise and knowledge;

• To build international KOLs development and communication platform such as “NeuWave Certus Ambassador Program” with the support of local Mkt team and global team;

• Develop overseas Certus KOLs / Centers for Advanced Training and Case observation;

• To build a systematic and standardized training system for the professional education for ablation physicians in China. Develop CoE certification and education programs;

• To be the expertise in new technologies, to develop the standard training courses and to train the trainers for the associated courses;

• To build the academic relationship and cooperation with faculties to develop necessary training materials;

• Work close with other teams on educational flat form management and top faculties communication;

• To develop the Prof Ed project design and execution in target specialties;

• Continuously maintain and update clinical paper/evidence for Prof Ed purpose based on physicians’ real educational needs;

• Continuously develop the course according to the feedback from field for improving Prof Ed effectiveness;

• Consolidate and expand Prof Ed brand in ablation market;

• Coach the new/junior Prof Ed members as the mentor.

• Education /Degree Required:

Bachelor degree or above, medicine or medical degree is required

• Key skill/Knowledge requirements:

Background and Experiences:

At least 4 years working experience in sales, marketing, or professional education

Solid background of medical knowledge

Demonstrated success in working with KOLs

Demonstrated success in project planning and execution

Be familiar with the EP market in China

Other skills:

Basic computer knowledge

Fluent in both oral and written English
