Location/Division Specific Information
The pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 850 employees, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with an increasing focus on biologics.
 
How will you make an impact?
For our production lines we are looking for a Production Quality Specialist.
 
What will you do?           
 

• Creation and Revision of standard operating procedures in order to ensure cGMP compliance;
• Training of personnel checking of correct applications of GMP and operating procedures;
• Full cooperation in the different phases of the projects implementation and validation;
• Revision of Master Batch Record (MBR) in collaboration with MBR Team;
• Revision of deviation and investigation reports in collaboration with Deviations Quality team in order to individuate the right corrective actions;
• Involvement in the technical meeting with clients for the introduction of new process/products in our sterile departments;
• Management of the change control from the opening to closing;
• Active participation in internal audits, client audit and in Regulatory inspections;
• Management of the client’s requests about production processes

 
How will you get here?
 

• Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology or Industrial Engineering
•  1-2 years of experiences in similar role

• English Fluent
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic techniques
• Attention to detail & Accuracy
• Proactive and practical approach to different solution, strong propensity to problem solving and team working
