GENERAL MISSION:

The Production Quality Controller ensures that the production batches are in line with company's quality requirements, analyses defects and provide sustainable improvement solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production Quality Controller implements quality requirements per documented quality systems and procedure:

• Timely inspection of incoming raw materials, components and finished goods – sampling, analysing and monitoring product quality in line with established protocols
• Approval of first production part
• During production inspection management (DU-PRO inspection), stopping production line if necessary in case of proven manufacturing process deviation
• Inspection reports issuing, such as technical deviations, NCR’s, Inspection Release Notes
• Pressure & NDT testing attendance
• Responsible to use and instruct the proper use of the appropriate inspection equipment based on product configuration and tolerances to ensure product compliance vs specificationss
• Constructive and cooperative working relationships with vendor, preoduction team and other stakeholders.
  

Constantly keep Production Quality Engineer, Procurement and Logistic departments informed about any relevant issues which may cause quality issue.

Direct report to Global Production Manager

Background:

Pre-graduate diploma level / Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

2-3 years experience

Knowledge of forging / casting / machining / heat treatment processes

Adaptable & fast learner.

Ready to spent most of his time in the factory (“not an office job”)

Ready to travel

Native Chinese speaking and Written english is a must.
