Responsibilities:

Report to General Manager of the factory

• In charge of overall production operation

• Build up a competent local management team

• Provide enormous trainings and mentoring to the factory people so as to convert an old fashion factory to a modernized flagship factory.

• Lead the LEAN improvement projects e.g., scrap reduction, productivity improvement, cell line, SMED, TPM, OEE, VSM, 8 wastes TIMWOODS reduction etc.

• Shorten the production lead time through reengineering the business process flow and improving production efficiency

• Introduce Toyoto lean pull system that will ultimately improve the delivery and reducing WIPs.

• Improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer complaints

• Cross departmental coordination and team work build-up to achieve company shared goals.

• Enforce health and safety practices per group standards

• Prepare annual budget and management reports

  
  Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is a must, engineering background is preferred.

• Over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, of which at least 5 years in senior management position.

• Sound polybag manufacturing knowledge and experience in extrusion, printing, cutting, injection moulding; familiar with automation will be an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Toyoto Lean Production System.

• Good problem solving skills, data driven mentality, certified 6 Sigma black belt will be an advantage.

• Good execution skills, hands on and can-do attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal skill, able to lead and build a competent team, can work under pressure.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
