Responsibilities

•  Responsible for material management, including inventory management, production planning and control, warehousing and China Customs and logistics
• Manage planning of materials per product demand and ensure all planning parameters are maintained and updated in the ERP system
• Review material status, summary reports and conduct periodic capacity review, review the material planning with warehouse and production to ensure products are produced as per company’s business plan. Able to make value added recommendations for continued improvement
• Work closely with supplier and monitor material receiving, kitting, stock ledger accuracy and finish goods delivery
• Work with purchasing for material delivery, pull in or push out to improve inventory turns;
• Manage logistics & custom clearance to ensure on time delivery

 Job Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in Logistics/Material control/related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EMS industry; managing material planning & control, warehouse and custom & logistics. Experience in OEM is preferable
• Knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000 is highly preferred
• Good communication, problem solving, management and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Computer proficiency in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Frequent travel to South China is needed
