職務說明

The Senior PMC, reporting directly to the Asia HQ, will be responsible of the following activities:

• Maximise HQ objectives and production efficiency of the plant, supervising material management, including inventory management, production planning and controlling
• Responsible for coordinating PMC team, optimizing the management system and defining the best process
• Assists during contract review, analyse the company's overall capacity load according to SOP, customer's orders and the production scheduling of the group
• Reviews and adjusts raw material stocks, providing reports and conducts periodic capacity review with production department
• Supervises the procurement progress, monitors the rationality of material storage schedule, ensures the rationality of material inventory turnover rate.

理想的應徵者

The ideal manager has a bachelor degree in Enginerring or similar studies and has 10+ years of experience in PMC of large-scale factories. is a master of implementing and usin ERP systems, is familiar with production process, plan management, material management and control, etc., have strong control over planning, material control and warehousing, and shipment management. Overseas experience is preferred. The candidate HAS TO BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH, a basic understanding of Vietnamese is preferred
