• To complete all Production tasks, ensure Purification Facility is operating in safe, reliable and productive condition. 组织完成各项生产任务，保证净化装置安全、可靠、高负荷运行。
• Periodically audit SWIM and checklist, find the weakness, revise related contents to match actual condition, ensure all the SWIM and checklist are the newest and match operation status. Manage daily operation activities, ensure each operation action following up SWIM and Checklist; 定期审查《操作法》和检查表，发现不足、更正其内容与现场实际相符，确保其与实际操作状况相符合且为最新。管理日常操作，确保《操作法》和检查表得到贯彻。
• Ensure compliance with E&HS procedure, Process Safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.

• Lead to do operator competency development and appraisal, according to the appraisal result about each operator, develop training plan for each operator, push each operator development. 负责员工技能提高和绩效评估，依据评估结果，制订员工培训和技能提高计划，并组织实施。
• Rview critical SWP and ensure PM task are implemented with safe and correct ways. 审查重要的安全作业许可证，确保预防性维修任务安全正确完成。
• Find the trouble and issue in time, quickly deal with site any safety and operation issue with correct way, work close with maintenance and Technical team to quickly deal with equipment issue, report any issue following up Air Products safety policy. 及时发现和正确处理安全隐患和生产故障，与维修和技术团队紧密工作、迅速解决设备故障，按公司安全规定上报生产事故。
• Review alarm list every day, find the abnormal condition, work close with other function team, deal with any abnormal issue in time, ensure plant are operating in safety and reliability. 每天检查报警画面，查找不正常现象及时协调处理，保证净化装置安全可靠运行。
• Implement Bypass and jumper policy at Purification Facility, manage any bypass and jumper action with SWP and Record, ensure any action follow up Air Products process safety policy. 负责执行净化装置联锁旁路工作票和记录管理，使其符合公司工艺安全规定。
• As the key people to coordinate with ASU & Gasification Production Manager to maintain supply chain safe and stable operation to meet customer needs. 主要负责与空分、气化装置生产经理的日常联系，共同维持生产线安全稳定运行，满足客户要求。

• Demonstated managerial leadership and proven interpersonal skills.具备较强的管理和领导、人际沟通能力
• Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. 有成功的安全环保业绩
• 7 years experience in Pulverized Coal production supply chain Purification technology and operation/maintenance and product distribution. 丰富的粉煤气化生产线净化装置运行和维护、生产管理经验
• Current Purification facility Prodcution Manager role will be in priority. 现职净化装置生产经理岗位任职者优先
• Average Written/Spoken English, Proficent Chinese中级英语说写能力，熟练汉语。
• Chemical Engineering. College Degree and above化学工程专业，专科及以上学历。
