This position is responsible for the full scope of packaging production line.

Your key responsibilities:

• Implement packaging production schedule, ensure smooth packaging production line and achieve the daily output target
• Monitor the packaging production plan and improve quality in operations
• Cost estimation and budget control
• Optimize, develop and evaluate packaging processes and methods to improve productivity and efficiency of the packaging production line
• Deliver KPI assigned by management
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
• Need to work in HK 2 – 3 days each week

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years or above solid plant operation experience with at least 7 years in packaging production
• Experience and knowledge in packaging of electronics products is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards
