• To complete related Production tasks, ensure owned Shell Gasification train is operating in safe, reliable and productive condition. 组织完成所辖气化系列的各项生产任务，保证所辖气化系列安全、可靠、高负荷运行。
• Manage daily operation activities in related Shell Gasification train, ensure each operation action following up SWIM and Checklist; Ensure compliance with E&HS procedure, Process Safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements. 管理所辖气化系列的日常操作，确保《操作法》和检查表得到贯彻。确保生产运行与环境健康和安全程序、工艺安全、变更管理及生产装置危险性审查提出的要求相一致。
• Shift production organization and coordination with the support of Shift Leader & Lead Operator team. 领导值班长和主操，组织和协调轮班生产任务的完成。
• Find the trouble and issue in scope in time, quickly deal with site any safety and operation issue with correct way, work close with maintenance and Technical team to quickly deal with equipment issue, report any issue following up JV safety policy. 及时发现和正确处理所辖气化系列安全隐患和生产故障，与维修和技术团队紧密工作、迅速解决设备故障，按合资公司安全规定上报生产事故。
• Review DCS alarm sheet in scope every day, find the abnormal condition, work close with other function team, deal with any abnormal issue in time, ensure plant are operating in safety and reliability. 每天检查所辖气化系列报警画面，查找不正常现象及时协调处理，保证所辖气化系列安全可靠运行。
• Responsible for identification and implementation of Shell Gasification reliability improvement projects. 负责确定和实施所辖气化装置可靠性改造项目
• Responsible for all maintenance activities safety-supervising, quality, planning management in scope. 负责所辖气化系列所有维护维修项目的安全监护、检修质量检查和检修计划管理。
• As the key people to coordinate with ASU Supervisor, Purification Production Manager Assistant to maintain supply chain safe and stable operation to meet customer needs. 与空分装置主管、气化生产助理、净化生产助理协调共同维持合成气稳定安全供应，满足客户需求。

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstated managerial leadership potential and proven interpersonal skills.一定的管理和领导、人际沟通能力
• Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. 有成功的安全环保业绩
• Experience in Gasification Facility operation/maintenance and product distribution. 丰富的气化装置运行和维护、生产管理经验
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the industrial gas field and pulverized coal Gasification Facility至少5年粉煤气化装置生产运行经验
• Have at least 1 years prodcution management experience. 至少1年生产管理经验
• Middle of EN expression中级英语
