Job Requirements:

• University Degree or above with subject Inorganic non-metallic material engineering;

• Minimum 8-10 years relevant work experience with PRC Manufacturing, especially with refractory production work experience is a plus, not less than 5 years of production managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry;

• Strong production & material planning plus good analytical mind;

• Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership skills lead the team to achieve company goals.

• Good communication and people management skills are essential;

• Able to work under pressure;

• Good command of English in writting and speak, hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan the production according to the production planning; overseeing the production process and development; adjust the production schedules in time for fufilling the production tasks on time with refratechnik standard;

• 按生产计划组织和安排生产，随时监察生产进度和过程，即时调整生产准时按质完成生产任务；

• Ensure production following the requirement of EHS;

• 确定整体生产已执行满足安全、健康和环保的要求；

• Ensure that the production is organized and managed in the way of cost effective and high productivity/efficiency; 确保生产过程、组织和安排是最经济和最快捷的方式；

• Monitor the production processes and product quality and ensuring the implementation of quality-control system; Frequently check all the production data in different recording systems; make necessary statistics, analysis to the data and giving suggestions for improvement;

• 监控生产过程和产品质量，确保质量控制体系的完整被执行； 经常检查生产各系统数据管理情况, 对数据定期进行统计和分析, 根据统计和分析结果提出改进建议；

• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practice; Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization;

• Supervising and motivating a team of workers and reviewing the performance of subordinates;

• Working with managers to implement the company's goals and policies and liaising among departments;

• 与其他部门进行良好合作以共同执行公司政策，实现公司目标；

• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations;

• 协调、建立及实施各项标准生产操作流程；

• Take charge of the management of technic and craft in production process; coordinate the adjustment of technique parameters with QA department regarding production quality issue;

• 负责管理生产过程的工艺技术；就产品质量问题与质控部门协调有关工艺参数的调整；

• Responsible for good basic management of production statistics and calculation. Pay attention to management of original records, account books and report forms; make relevant stat. report forms in time every month, every quarter and every year;

• 负责做好生产统计核算基础管理工作。重视生产用原始记录、台帐、报表管理工作，及时编制上报年、季、月度的有关统计报表；
