Production Manager Rodicut China

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and ambitious manager, who is willing to support the production management and propose reasonable suggestions for Rodicut's development. A Spanish o French is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the production activities
• Supervise quality inspection
• Monitor production indicators (waste ratio, productivity …)
• Check compliance with procedures
• Build and follow production plan
• Deal with orders of raw material
• Manage shipments (to Rodicut Spain and to customers)
• Manage human resources (production, maintenance, quality…)
• In charge of improving rentability
• Supervise maintenance operations

Job Requirements

• A minimum of five years relevant experience
• Industrial or Mechanical Engineer or Technician
• Production management
• Languages: English, Spanish
• Good computer skills
• Driving license

Conditions

• Working time (flexible): from 8:00 to 18:00
• Benefits: Every three months you can have a week-long holiday with round-trip tickets of economic class.
• Accommodation: apartment o hotel will be provided in Foshan
• Gross salary: 3,300 / month + Bonus
• Contract period: initial 12 months
