Production Manager (m/f)

生产经理

Your tasks include:

职责:

• Leading and organizing a team of 20 employees in our production and warehouse
• 组织领导20人团队的生产和仓储管理；
• Controlling our complete bicycle assembling line and workshop with daily focus on quality and on-time delivery

管控自行车装配生产线和车间，负责品质管理并确保及时交期；

• Continuously improve the processes in our assembling line and create SOP documents
• 持续改进生产装配线工艺流程并创建SOP文件；
• On-site training for new workers, as well as continuously developing our production team′s skills and qualifications.
• 组织实施新员工现场培训，并持续提升发展生产团队的技能和资质；
• Being responsible for discipline, cleanness and organization in the factory
• 负责厂区的纪律，清洁和日常管理；
• Select and purchase devices, tools and other necessary equipment to improve quality and increase output
• 选购工具设备改进质量并提高产量；

Our requirements are:

任职资格:

• Several years job experience in leading assembling line or workshop or in the bicycle related field.

数年自行车行业或相关领域装配生产线车间领导管理经验；

• Chinese native (fluent in Mandarin) and good command of English in both written and oral to communicate with your team leader in China

流利的中英文沟通能力，良好的英语书写和口头表达能力，与外籍主管沟通无障碍；

• College graduate or above
• 大专以上学历；
• Competent in using MS Office applications
• 熟练使用MS办公软件；

Personally interested in the bicycle sector, its sport, lifestyle and industry

个人爱好自行车，运动或相关生活方式；

• Strong quality consciousness and always keen to improve processes, products and own capabilities
• 具有强烈的质量管理意识，持续改善流程和产品的能力;
