1.To manage all functions needed for Production and Maintenance Department
2.To lead the manufacturing operations towards producing company’s products to meet all quality, safety, productivity, cost, service, employee training and leadership development standards
3.To oversee development of high performing work teams within departments through coaching, training and engaging team members through effective cascading of goals, visual management and effective communication
4.To develop a culture of continuous improvement on site and to play an active part to provide leadership within the site to create and maintain a culture of high standards to meet the vision and mission for the organization
5.To establish and monitor overall plant performance objectives relative to production and quality standards and prepare tracking tools and report accordingly
6.To review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance and operation reports. Determine causes of non-conformity with respect to product, specifications, and/or operating or production problems； using associate input to develop and implement change to improve.
7.To provide direction, development and leadership to broader plant team and assist with problem resolution when needed
8.To develop and control financial plans and budget； monitor key indicators and adjusts operations accordingly
9.To administer and ensure adherence to Quality Systems throughout the plant
10.To ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure
11.To provide an environment that promotes team work and continuous improvement.

1.Bachelor of Science in related field
2.At least 8 years of hands-on experience in FoodIndustry
3.Having management skill, planning Skill, leadership Skill
4.Proven track record in managing production and maintenance.
5.Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production in Food Industrial only
6.Proficient in cost & wastage control management
7.Have a flair for food products development
8.Possess good analytical and problem solving skill
9.Possess excellent writing and communication skill
10.Drive to improve continuously and inspiring
11.Open-minded, creative and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment timelines
12.A Team leader
13.Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
14.Willing to work in Malaysia and in China
