Job Summary：
Direct all aspects of production activities, including Inventory, Productivity, Materials supply, cost control, Compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of each manufacturing supervisor to ensure production, quality and safety goals are achieved, consistent with plant’s goals.

• Direct and cooperate with the other department, create and update the annual strategy, Establish the new manufacturing technologies in equipment and calibrate all production measuring& test equipment per.

• Direct integration of new products transferred to territory operations, including workable parts listing, technical procedures, proper tooling & jigs. Develop operational annual facilities investment plan, implement the plan and make monthly report on the cost saving.

• Implement process and procedures to continuously improve production efficiency and reduction in Cycle times. Meet productivity goals through continuous effort and direction.

• Maintain good communication and relationship with factory workers through regular work place meeting and continuous interaction.

• Other tasks assigned by operations manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years professional experience in production function and 2 years on a manager position
• Sharp problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
• Take responsibility, good communication and team work spirits
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
