• Follow ISO requirements to handle technical and managerial activities in installation, setup and configuration, deployment, scripts composing, testing, troubleshooting and documentation under Windows/LINUX/AIX/Mobile platforms
• Compile the mobile apps deploy (IOS/Android) and other quality assurance related works
• Provide onsite L2 support during office hours and on-call L2 support during non-office hours
• Handle the production incidents and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in application version control and deployment Proven experience in Windows/LINUX/AIX platforms
• Knowledge of LDAP, KSH/BASH scripting, DOS scripts programming, Java is preferable
• Experience in mobile apps deployment is a definite advantage
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
