Job Name: Production Engineer.

Responsibility: Manage the technical aspects of the industrializatoin and assembly processes of the Nacelle Plants in China (in this case, Nacelle means “parts of the nacelle; hub & drive train”).

Functions:

• Be involved and implement of the planning and industrialization processes, e. g.:

> Manufacturing Plan.

> Procurement Plan.

> Work Orders.

> Change Management (Development of changes in process related to Product configuration, instructions, tools, ....)

> Lay-outs and flowcharts.

• Study and collaboration in solving technical and process issues.
• Manage and implement the tooling and process changes in the supplier.
• Analysis and examination of improvement proposals.
• Coordination with the rest of the company departments regarding technical aspects.
• Provide technical, mechanical, electrical or hydraulic training if required.
• Be involved in the training process of some positions of the supplier.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, bus systems and frequency converters
• Experience in Siemens WinCC
• Practical experience in low voltage system
• Preferable experience in commissioning and failure diagnosis
• Understanding of electrical circuit diagrams
• Basic knowledge of load handling devices
• Experience in CAD system, preferable PTC Creo

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualification/Training: Mechanical or Electric Industrial Engineering

Profile:Initiative and autonomy. With great organisational and planning capability. Good flexibility and change orientation. Extensive technical knowledge (PDM-Teamcenter, ERP-JDE-SAP).

Languages/Level: English/High.

Experience: At least two years in industrial processes.
