As a Production Development Specialist, you will be responsible production assembly process control, assembly method optimization and continuous improvement activities to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety, in Electrification Business Area in China.

Reporting to the Production Development Manager, you will be responsible for production non-standard tool, jigs design and development.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for continuous improvement projects for safety, quality and productivity improvement
• Being responsible for production time study
• Being responsible for production non-standard tool, jigs design and development
• Supporting production internal/ external process/ equipment start-up, audit
• Supporting workshop visualization and 5S standardize

Your background

• 3 years of work experience in related function
• Experience in design and development of non-standard tool, jig, equipment.
• Sound knowledge of lean production and continuous improvement principles
• Must have technical background
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechanical design
• Good communication in English both oral and written and interpersonal skill, analytic and problem-solving skills will be considered as plus.
• Must have clear logic, strong willingness to learn and implement and can work under multi-task
