As a Production Development Engineer, you will be responsible for production process optimization and control ensures high quality products and effective processes, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be training assembly workers and assess competence of them..

Your responsibilities

• Setting up the manufacturing process and standardization
• Preparing technical documents regarding the process phases and the methods
• Manufacturing process optimization for quality and productivity improvement
• Training assembly workers and assess competence of them
• Handing issues during project operation
• Ensuring ETO assembly time collection and analysis for accurate workload planning

Your background

• 3 years working experience regarding the Electrical equipment production
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, MES system is preferred
• Outstanding communication skills and ownership, result-oriented, and be capable of analyzing for solutions
• Proficient in MS office
• Knowledge in Power BI, Python is preferred
• A Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Excellent spoken English
