But based in China (the effective place isn’t yet defined).
You are the Asmodee Supply Chain (Group and ANA) eyes & ears, in China, to supervise & control:
. the production made locally,
. the product integrity,
. the logistic flow.

Objectives of the function :

Monitor and inspect current productions in the Asmodee Group's supply plants.
Ensure that deadlines, integrity product, quality and production conditions are in line with the Asmodee Group's general purchasing conditions.
Conduct prospecting missions with new suppliers, to verify that they can meet the Group's expectations.
Oversee inspections at suppliers and departures containers.

Missions
任务

As part of Asmodee Group's Manufacturing and Quality team, you share planning and production monitoring information. Your interventions and missions to suppliers are concerted and decided according to the needs and priorities of the Supply Chain. You act according to a list of priority missions, updated regularly, and on which you must report daily. Depending on the urgency, your action plan can be adapted regularly, according to the needs of the activity.
You will have to handle the same kind of missions for the Asmodee North America (ANA) Supply Chain.
Most of the communication is in English and you have to stay in touch with the Manufacturing and Quality teams every day.

Required background (diploma, level ...) and Required experience:
所需背景以及经验

From European culture, with a 'merchandiser – technician' profile. Experience in the manufacturing trades (publishing / printing / press) is required.
A first experience in the publishing industry (book / magazine / paper / printing) would be better.

具有欧洲留学、工作或者生活背景，从事过“跟单员-技术员”工作。
有制造业（出版/印刷）经验。
***份工作经验在出版业（图书/杂志/纸张/印刷）的会更好。

Technical knowledge & required skills:
技术知识和技能要求

Excellent knowledge of the Chinese language (Cantonese).
European culture (to better integrate expectations on cultural products of European origin) with several years of experience in China.
Very good expertise of the English language (Group communication language).
Autonomy of work, within a framework defined by a distant team (based in Europe).
Accuracy, methodology, organization and desire for collaborative work strongly desired.
Very good relationship.
