1. Product management: including product developing, positioning, pricing (ASP, CM% controlling) , introduction, promotion .
2. Make the long and middle term product plan
3. Lead the whole process of new product launch, from planning, developing, introduction, and track the production, logistic, landing and launch
4. Work with sales and headquarter technical team to define the product specification and the assess the product feasibility from technical, cost and go to market capability.
5. Market research and competitor study
6. Internal and external product training.
7. Design unique marketing campaign to support new product launch, by creating selling tools for sales force, including promotion, communication program, handbook, seminar.
8. Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities ( detail tasks ), describe the main responsibilities ( actions for a longer period and measurable)
Be overall responsible for BMI Flat roof portfolio strategy, including product portfolio, pricing strategy, stock standard program, define the lead times.
Market Intelligence: understand the market competition environment, including competitor’s status, business size, technical pros & cons, market price, etc.
Keep close cooperation and communication with production, sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance departments in all BMI plants, ensure that the above mentioned works can be smoothly implemented.
Keep close contact and cooperation with BMI technical center, obtain information and seek for support.
Be responsible to localize/develop/maintain/update product technical data/document, handbook, sales tools;
