We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to the Home team in Shanghai

Do you have a passion for Home Textile & Hard Goods products - Then we are looking for you to join our Production team in Shanghai!

What is Production -

In the Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability. As a Product Quality Manager, your main focus will be to drive and define our quality practices.

  Be the Technical Leader and role model for Quality
• Manage our stakeholders within Global Production markets
• Develop yourself further with this career defining opportunity

What will you do -

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

• Lead the team in all areas of Quality, Quality control, Quality assurance & Technicians in Shanghai & Vietnam.
• Build a strong quality team with the right knowledge, evaluate and secure quality in accordance with present and future needs/challenges
• Secure quality routines and internal quality audit
• Be a good role model
• evaluate individual staff performance while working actively with motivation, feedback and development dialogue. Establish a culture of standing for organizational values
• Secure that our suppliers understand and follow all related standards and requirements

Who will you work with -

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will interact regularly with your Seniors, QA, Technicians & QC, our external suppliers, our Global Purchasing Office, as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.

You will report to Supply Chain Manager for Home.

Requirements

• Have home quality experience, Textile & Hard Goods preferred
• Have experience in leading a team.
• Have experience working in strong production markets with innovative market leading manufacturers
• You appreciate open door policy where everyone’s ideas are important
• You are comfortable expressing yourself in English as this is our business language
