Overview:
AIM (Architecture Integration and Mobile) BA provides information service to Employee, Technical Support, RD and many business departments globally. The goal is to enable business, improve scalability and provide business insights. Work here you will keep learning new technologies, new project delivery approach and deliver your value by good team work. Come to AIM and enjoy the journey of designing business and coding.
We are looking for Product Owner who has good communication skill, ability to design business process with details, manage project tasks, and technical background is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science , information system management or related discipline.
- Experience with information security domain is highly desired.
- At least 3 years’ experience in project implementation and system sustaining
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- SOC, SIEM related product experience is a plus
- Solid experience with EAI project is a big plus
- Creative thinker with a vision
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/DevOps process and principles
- Considered a JIRA, Confluence expert
- Fast-learner / problem-solver / open-minded
- Software / application development project management and global project management
- Product/Design thinking mindset
Duties and responsibilities:
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner and lead team to deliver value to customer in time.
- Work as Product Owners to understand and refine complex business problems into a prioritized backlog
- Proactively communicate status and updates with key stakeholders and executive leadership
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Evangelist to maximize adoption from target audiences
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
