Job Description

Main Purpose and Job Scope

This job will be in charge of the commercial side of Starbucks Native App’s delivery module. Specifically – day to day product operations, developing new business needs based on commercial analysis (e.g. pre-ordering, subscription, large order, group order, etc.), driving digital product team to fulfill product development needs, commercial activities implementation on Native App.


Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Data Analysis – Develop Native App dashboard and increase visibility, Day to Day analytics

  • Prepare routine KPI meeting materials
  • Analyze and root cause analysis for key operating metrics
  • Develop insights from key metrics and develop improvement initiatives

Native App Product Operations – Day to Day oversight of TP vendor’s operation work and report back issues / risks systematically and with strong logic

  • Virtual store on/off control
  • Order / information abnormality tracking and review
  • Menu Revamping Implementation & Menu correctness review
  • Financial settlement with Eleme
  • Marketing campaign operations & implementation on Native App platform

Front End New Functionality Development Origination – Based on strong business insights, user behavior analytics and competitive product analysis and thorough user research, to develop new business scenarios under Native App platform, including but not limited to – pre-ordering, subscription, group ordering, tipping riders, promotional tools. This person will be responsible for developing business logic and economics, understand user journey and key painpoints, and convey clearly with digital product manager on the development needs

Native App User Operations

  • Delivery driven CRM programs to drive commercial results
  • Delivery driven user operations to drive commercial results


Requirements

Summary of Experience

  • Product operations domain expertise 5 years
  • Project management & cross functional working capability 2 years
  • Data analysis & presentation document 3 years
  • Strong product development knowledge 3 years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Worked in one of the leading internet company (or in a digital department of retail business), under a role of product manager, or product operations, user operations
  • Strong expertise in product operations (in terms of identifying user needs and translating into product language)
  • Commercial & number driven
  • Strong data driven mindset and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, team work spirit and leadership
  • Strong presentation & document preparing skills
  • Can work & survive under extremely intensive working environment
