Job Description

To maximize bone business, we would like to open new position of “Product Manager in Bone, GMBU”. This new role will take the responsibilities to project coordination, integration and execution across various functions with both internal and external stakeholders. This Product Manager will work together as a member of the Bone brand team to evaluate opportunities and develop plans to optimize bone business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for focused project management in relation to bone franchise strategic and operational matters.
  • Seamless integration of internal and external resources
  • Execution of strategy and development/tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success at the strategic and tactical level.
  • Accountability toward KOL engagement and Key Account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing, and evaluating promotional tactics that address the strategic need of the brand(s) with the core target audience (physicians, patients, and other HCPs).
  • Managing the working relationships between all internal partners (medical affairs department, regulatory department, market access department) and external partners to ensure the brand(s) objectives are achieved.
  • External partnerships such as creative agencies, public relations firms, or KOLs will be an integral part of the responsibility.
  • Works with the brand team to create marketing plans (strategic and tactical) designed for the life cycle of the brand(s) and aimed at optimizing contribution to the corporation.
  • Proactive identification of opportunities and key issues and communication to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating product management functions such as forecasting, budget management, and supply management functions.

  • Support other activities as required by the manager.
  • Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.

Required Qualification/ Experience / Skills / Competencies:

  • Science-based background with MBA master is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is a must.
  • Financial and budgeting skills and experience
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
  • Teamwork and communication

  • Forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling
  • Strategic partnering management (internal & external)
