Job Description
We are currently seeking 2 ambitious, passionate and self-driven Product
Managers to join our Marketing & Business Department.
As a Product Manager, you will help the company execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, expand market share, and enhance sales performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including brand promotion,digital marketing, event planning, and more.
2. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitors' marketing
strategies, and provide efficient market positioning recommendations.
3. Produce marketing materials such as brochures, advertising copy, speeches,etc.
4. Analyze market data and sales reports to identify opportunities and provide improvement suggestions.
5. Lead the organization and execution of marketing campaigns, such as trade exhibitions, seminars, online events, etc.
6. Maintain high-quality customers according to the company's strategic direction and complete business negotiations.
7. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust
strategies promptly to improve efficiency and results.
8. Responsible for after-sales support and assistance.
Requirements:
1. Native English speakers. Relevant work experience in solar coating is preferred.
If no experience, the company will provide you professional training.
2. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to independently
conceive and propose innovative marketing solutions.
3. Excellent data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
4. Outstanding teamwork spirit.
5. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining work efficiency.
6. Highly sensitive to industry trends and market changes, able to adjust
strategies promptly to address market challenges.
7. Proficient in operating Office documents.
8. Good communication and negotiation skills.
Base location& work region: (you can have either option of below)
Option 1: Europe, Africa, the Middle East or Southeast Asia ( allocated
based on your preference within work region)
Option 2: at Ningbo China (business travel all around world where our customer are)
Salary structure: basic salary (RMB25,000-35,000) +team shared bonus (no less than 0.5% of the profit)
