Job Description
What you will do:
- Fire suppression product management (Gas & Chemical Extinguishing) including portfolio improvement, roadmap plan,
- Interface to co-working drive and coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Tech Service and Sales
- Implement & track NPI plan, VA/VE project
- Market study & Competition analysis
- Develops, update and analyse product sales revenue, margin
- VOC management
- Documentations including sales & marketing materials
- Product Management: 70%
- Sales & marketing support: 30%
- Bachelor degree, specialty in Mechanics/Chemical/Water Supply & Drainage/Automation/Electrics
- 3+ years’ experience in product management experience in B2B industry, especially in Fire Suppression is plus
- 2+ years’ experience in technical support, design & commissioning
- Working experience in multi-national company is plus
- Strong Project management skills is essential
- Fire Protection industry is plus, prefer to being familiar with key competitors’ products, i.e. Minimax, Kidde,
- Well understanding of China Fire GB standard, regulation & approval rules is plus
- Good understanding of supply chain matters
- Basic financial knowledge & sense
- English reading, writing, speaking skills are essential
- Good communication, independent initiative & team player
- Strong problem solving & coordination
- Self-learning & motivation is preference
