Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop & execute business development strategy of product groups assigned
• Manage PDP with suppliers to assure a benchmark Time-to-Market product introduction
• Monitor the new vehicles/engines introduced into the various, relevant markets, regularly monitor product portfolio performance and select -in and phase-out
• Manage the assigned product groups to fulfill the given coverage and profitability targets
• Develop product specifications to fulfil the customer and market requirements
• Data management assignment (MAPIM / MAIA) for PDP process and coverage review (internal share and reporting purpose), manage Material Master Data in relevant ERP systems and ensure necessary data quality
• Packaging design during every p/n development
• Support quality during PPAP process for product approval and release, support global Product Management and BU4 Regions
• Perform competitor benchmarks and analysis

Your Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor degree with in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
• Fluent in English, for both writing and speaking
• 3~5 years' experience within automotive industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred), have experience in project and product management
• Knowledge about thermal management products a plus
• Good understanding of IT Tools (ERP, CAD, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases)
• Team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, willingness to travel
• High level of analytical ability
