The Job

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, E-Commerce, digital, and scrum/agile
• Understanding in multi-channel, mobile, POS, Payment Gateway, Retail supply chain, merchandizing and/or digital system integration;
• Do hands on business and systems analysis and testing work for projects assigned;
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with digital roles such as product owner, UI/UX specialists;
• Experience with technology platforms such as AWS, Azure, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Security and/or MuleSoft will be a plus;
• Liaise effectively with internal, vendor and offshore development teams when required;
• Follow the Regional governance and change delivery model;
• Strong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business value;
• Coach and mentor junior members of staff in BA or SA tasks;

The Person

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis 
• Solid experience in Retail supply chain or merchandizing is definitely an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
• Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of multiple aspects of the retail industry is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
