• Manage the whole product life cycle issues resolution

• Leading the launch phase engineering issue resolution team (IRT),

• Manage the team to get assigned engineering issues fixed on time,

• Support all issues investigation during product launch (G4-G1)

• Leading the engineering team (supported by MBEV engineering) to solve any current produced vehicle engineering issues and support any current produced vehicle quality issues investigation work (after SOP)

• Leading the engineering team for any current product field issues investigation and issue resolution (after sales)

• Working with quality team to build up lesson’s learn database, feedback all launch issues, after sale/field issues to products development team.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (prefer master of engineering)

• 8 to 10 years experiences in automotive industry

• Have managed prototype vehicle build and tracking all build issues resolution experience

• Have vehicle test/validation experiences

• Have been involved in vehicle launch.

• Frequent domestic travel

• English with written and oral skill

• Team work spirit

• Leadership skill

• Good communication skill

• Computer skill including database set up

• Reporting and presentation skill

工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
