As a Product Engineer – Electronic, you will be responsible for OEM project development and product engineering management, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager you will manage the supplier to finish the product development on time/ cost/quality.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the supplier to finish the product development on time/ cost/quality
• Coordinating the related department to finish the Engineering change and quality management
• Supporting the product management to make the product requirement specification
• Finishing the test specification and verify the product
• Building completed document of product
• Exploring the new technology and process of related product
• Cooperating with stakeholder to get reasonable solution
• Finishing the product development task within limited time by managing the supplier and product quality Assurance

Your background

• 3 years of working experience in project management, project plan, project execution, risk management etc.
• Familiar with the low voltage product, experience in uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
• Familiar with office tools
• A bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic or other related area
• Good communication skills and multi-department cooperation skills
• Fluency in English
• High initiative and strong learning ability
