Purpose of the position

• Product and source development for LLH business in selected and targeted area, deliver and retain our leading position in incumbency area
• Support the project biding and commercialization process of all the investment business case
• Support cost saving for gas procurement and PI campaign

Principal responsibilities

• Supporting for new project bidding: product cost estimated t and reliable supply solution provided for the dedicated project base on sufficient PVD analysis;
• Participating in product and logistics supplier development, evaluation and establish with respect to quality, service, price and capacity;
• Supporting for cost saving project: marketing situation monitor, price negotiation based on contract term and price list update;
• Participating in annual price increasing strategy workshop, monitor the market pricing trend, provide regular report and support price escalation to customer depending on market situation to support sales issue PI;
• Develop the master and back up resource planning; especially cross Areas resource allocation under long term arrangement to ensure LLH get the overall max benefit by optimized planning;
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards;
• Take charge of PO/ PGI/ take delivery of goods/ payment application for merchant business part.

Required qualifications/experience

• Bachelor degree and above
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience with electronics specialty gas industry
• Familiar with gas manufacture process and quality management
• Expertise in procurement process
• Ability to effectively work within a multi-discipline and multi-cultural, team work orientated environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese & English
