Functions objectives：

Responsible for assisting PM in the development & production start up stages in the factory and ensuring samples and production are made correctly accordingly to company standard

Main tasks and duties:

?Fully understand and put in place the key elements to develop the Paper items according to the enquiry form which will reflect the clients' guidelines and requirements

?Supervise the printing or dyeing paper press check according to company standard

?Check that samples/productions materials, color, logo technique, structure are reflecting clients’ needs and approved samples

?Understand and perform relevant tests on the products to ensure that company quality standard is met

?Communicate with project managers constantly and give updates on the projects status and key issues

?Resolve technical problems in factory

?Maintain effective relationships within the team, the department and the company

?Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality

?Maintain the Company’s reputation, both internally and externally

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

?Three or more years of paper products development both in merchandising or promotions field, capable to develop with many suppliers various luxury paper items like shopping-bags, paper box, gift box, etc.
?Strong knowledge on paper different qualities and blends

?Strong knowledge on paper printing, dyeing machines and techniques

?Strong knowledge on logo making techniques and machines such as Ssp, Hot Stamping, Offset, Sport UV..ect

?Able to read layouts and find out the discrepancies

?Able to support factory to solve paper products industrialization and hand making

?Knowledge of major paper certifications requirements

?Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
?Strong written and oral communications skills.

?Able to work under pressure with respect of stringent time schedule.
?Ability to work well independently and in team
?Able to operate all related computer software applications.
?Ability to manage time effectively to complete multiple projects.
?Availability to travel.

?Availability to work 6 days/week in peak periods.
