Report to: Head of Product Development AP

Work Location: Shanghai, 嘉定区, 惠平路1515号 （近地铁11号线马陆站）

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct, innovative product development solutions, based on necessary calculation and product architecture.
• Be responsible for all technical solutions of the project to meet the agreed targets (timeline, cost and quality requirement) in close cooperation with the project leader.
• Define all the production related design documentation, be able to use the necessary tools, such as Value analysis, Creationary technology, Variant design, FMEA, DFM/A, etc.) to achieve function, quality and reasonable cost in close cooperation with the product development team and the production planer.
• Using established tools and process (CAD, document management, knowledge management, etc.) define the design documentation and project documentation
• Communicate, cooperate with group side for all the technical discussion.
• Communicate with Product manager, Production, QA, Purchasing and other cross function teams for technical discussing and new methods feasibility verification.

Competences:

• University graduate or equivalent experience.
• Solid R&D experience in construction design for part and system. Expert in plastic technologies and design of parts.
• Systematic product knowledge in sanitary system is preferred.
• Application of Catia, UG, Pro/E, etc... Catia is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft office tools. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Communication skills (English and Mandarin). English is must.
• Project management experience and knowledge
• Good team player and customer thinking. Result orientation
