QUALIFICATION

• College degree or above.

• At least 3 years experience in home textile or apparel business.

• Good communication and coordination skill with customers and suppliers

• Personality of taking ownership, will embrace challenge and looking for changes.

• Ability of working independently and caring for the details

• A good team player and excellence in collaboration

• Fluent English (writing and speaking)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiating production sheet process - starting the forms with description and working with vendors to collect all spec details e.g. material spec, cubes/weight/carton. Then handing them off to Merchandising

• Gatekeeper for the Time and Action Calendar; adding new projects, updating it with timeline and deadlines and ensuring the projects gets executed, sending calendar to Vendors and follow-up

• Keeping Master Spec file organized and up to date

• Liaison between Innovation, PD & Merchandising

• Measuring all samples once received and handing off the sheets to Customers

• Create an organized filing system for all components; fabric library, labels, packaging (bags & boxes, trims etc.

• Working with other departments on their sample needs from PD- putting a process in place on samples ordering

• Receiving and sending samples from Vendors – track packages etc., labeling all samples and keeping them organized and up to date

• Trade show products master list and tracking

• Doing trend research and on new products facilitating Product Managers
