Job Purpose

This position helps clients to unlock the power of partnerships for their organizations, creating positive social impact and delivering commercial value. Main role is to determine Design and Solution with clients to help achieve a client or Designers vision for the project. (80% Co_Cre8)

This position will also help to feed back valuable and accurate market insight to our product road map funnel, which enables us to plan ahead and gain better understanding of the markets.

This position will be responsible Value added costs saving discussions by checking larger tenders, and trying to find ways to save cost and improve the solution (20% workload)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Job Scope:

1. Client engagement on workplace translation, to help visualize working with workplace partners (i.e. JLL and CBRE)

2. Co_Cre8 Designer main point of contact for GC&NA

3. Liaison to the client’s in the project to realize spatial, design and product solution

4. Liaison for Co_Cre8 Designer to work with specials team on high profile projects to translate design into component form.

5. Knowledge expert on design and product expert on all Haworth product range

6. Local product marketing liaison for market and workplace outlook - supply feedback to PLM team.

7. Conceptualize and test to verify custom product design thru pilots and iterations.

8. Able to work with factory on product level and also contractors (Cassina) to demonstrate and execute the solution change.

9. An establish channel to manage competitive market information from the field (a scout).

10. Maintain sub-regional data log to monitor and analyze gaps and opportunity.

11. Quantify and qualify project thru monthly log to quarterly report and data analysis.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in product design, interior designer or marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing cross-functional project, with diverse background and hands-on experience of interior space planning commercially and residential
• Expertise in the generation of customer insights
• Demonstrated experience in identifying new and emerging issues, developing and implementing strategic responses
