Our head office is one of the fastest growing social enterprises in the St. Louis area. Over the past 3 years we’ve increased from a handful of employees to over 25, expanded in both Target and Bed Bath & Beyond, and driven exponential sales growth. In the last four years our American design team, IT team, and marketing team have expanded our sales onto Amazon in a big way. We are now top sellers in multiple categories and continue to expand our category and product offerings weekly.

Job Description: The role of the Product Designer will be to work closely with our American design team and colleagues in the China office. This designer will work in an AGILE process to cultivate new product ideas, develop & design those ideas into real products, and then devise strategies to make those products successful. They will not only be designing, they will also be synthesizing, studying, getting understanding of user experiences, looking into not only aesthetics but also UI/UX, pricing and other key factors that make the completed product Greater Good worthy.

• Preferred at least 1-3 years in a design-oriented environment. (All experience levels may apply). 具备1到3年以设计为主的工作经验尤佳（所有经验程度均可申请）
• Proof of skill in form of portfolio, projects, and/or design competitions. (This will be requested upon acceptance of resume and application).
• Preferred (but not required) 4-Year college or university and/or design/engineering/manufacturing program. 四年大专院校或全日制本科教育，设计/工程/制造相关专业优先考虑（不作硬性要求）
• Strong English communication skills to confidently explain and inform design, component, and structure-based design elements. 英语沟通能力强，能自信地解释和描述设计，部件和结构方面的元素。
• Must be proactive, show desire to learn, and thrive on creativity. 必须是积极主动，求知欲强，具有丰富的创造力

• Ability to prep 3D and Packaging files for manufacturing. 制作供生产用的3D和包装文件。
• Desire long term cooperation looking for a 3-5 years commitment. 有意向建立3到5年长期合作关系
