General Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in automobile, mechanical, plastic or relative engineering

2. At least 3 years experiences with product design & development in automobile industry, tier 1 supplier is expected

3. Design experiences of plastic power train products are expected, experiences of plastic AGS or front plastic frame are preferred

4. CAD capable for design work: CATIA or UG

5. Familiar with APQP development procedure

6. Fluent in both written and oral English

7. Good communication with logic thinking

8. Team working

Job Responsibility

1. RFQ check/ design proposals for cost

2. Concept design

3. Giving input for calculation

4. Design communication with customer design department

5. Design FMEA, Filing of important documents

6. Production design/development plastic powertrain product.

7. Drawing revision/ Engineering release for drawings

8. Confirmation of technical release by customer, internal release

9. Internal coordination of projects during development phase

10. DV plan creation and supervision

11. Support on Technical Sales

12. Support on technical preparation of customer meetings during acquisition phase

13. Participation at customer visits upon request of sales and confirmation by R&D manager

14. Responsible for the technical communication with internal team and OEM customer

15. Technical communication with global R&D team.
