Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage Procurement Engineers to ensure the availability and quality of materials for factory.

2.Initiate and achieve the cots reduction,materal quality,inventory turns and other KPLs.

3.Optimize supply chain by supplierselection,evaluation and supplier development.

4.Involved in global procurement activities.lmplement global procurement strategy,and procedures to local supply chain.

5.Lead procurement team to source material expand and optimeze supply chain to support new projects.

6.Develop and enhance the competency of porcurement team to support operations effectively and effciently

7.Ensure compliance in all activitles in the whole supply chain.

Requirements:

1.Honest and good aommunication.

2.Experienced in problem solving

3.Lnitiative and strong leadership

4.FLuent in english,both oral and written.

5.Understand the practice and concepts of operations management.

6.Bachelor's degree or above in lndustrial engineering,supply chain, engineering or related fields.

7.A minimum of 5yuars of experience for hi-tech or home eletronics lndustry company.
