Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Daily OF P APAC administration work

  • Timely collection of all signed documents

  • Team meeting\events and customer-related events

  • Team budget and performance monitoring

  • Take care on matters which require communication, coordination and clarification among the managers, team colleagues.

  • Handling, typing and distributing daily correspondence, such as letters, memos, faxes, E-mails, reports, minutes of meetings, etc.

  • Document translation and management

  • Biz & Travel arrangement for Biz leader and internal VIP visitors


Qualification Required


  • Bachelor degree

  • Verbal and written in fluent English

  • SAP and accounting experience is preferred

  • Good at MS Office software: word, excel, ppt, outlook

  • Good Interpersonal skills

  • Team work spirit

  • 1-3 years working experience, fresh graduate is also welcome
