工作職責:
- 根據採購手冊進行處理採購申請,報價,訂單,招標和授予合同
- 負責文件整理、記錄及存檔
- 跟進訂單進度,確保貨品交期無誤
- 確保貨品質量
- 協助監察供應商的表現並進行有關資料分析
- 向採購部高級主任匯報工作
- 完成公司委派的其他職務
申請者必須具備下列條件:
- 學位持有人至少1年相關工作經驗 / 沒有學位持有人至少3年相關工作經驗
- 熟悉發票和訂單處理及跟進更佳
- 有品質檢查經驗更佳
- 良好的溝通技巧、團隊精神及懂得應付壓力
-熟悉SAP系統更佳
- 具備Microsoft Office,Excel和Word的知識
- 良好中英文水平
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records
- Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users
- Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time
- Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct relevant surveys
- Report to Senior Procurement Officer
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience for degree holder / at least 3 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Preferably with experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up
- Preferably with experience in execute and review the quality control for goods receipt
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP system is a preference
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
- Good command of Chinese and English
