As a Procurement & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing market sourcing of EML materials, manage suppliers to get cost saving and ensure delivery, resolve quality problems, for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the SCM Manager, you will ensure supplier management, communicating with material/OEM suppliers to improve delivery and quality performance.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing market sourcing of EML materials to meet project requirement.
• Negotiating with suppliers for cost saving
• Ensuring supplier management, communicating with material/OEM suppliers to improve delivery and quality performance
• Ensuring material lead time management, analyzing data and improving materials process.
• Implementing standardization

Your background

• 2 years relevant working experience
• Good computer skill of MS software (Good SAP skill will be preferred)
• Understanding the drawings of mechanical components and parts
• Good communication skills with external and internal customers
• Good interpersonal skill within teamwork
• Statistics of data analysis
• Fluency in English
