Support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement & Logistics (PL) Practice approved activities. Executes assigned activities based on the standard procedures.

Your responsibilities

• 1. Procurement
• Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets. Supports regional and global sourcing initiatives as required. When working for GBS centers, support specific assigned tasks related to sourcing, like e-sourcing activities.
• 2. Excellence
• Applies and implements PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
• 3. Reporting
• Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
• 4. Change management
• Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.
• 5. Compliance
• Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.
• 6. Training
• Delivers and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.
• 7. Communication
• Executes effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers.
• 8. Process
• Standardizes processes and implements routines as per Group directives/instructions.

Your background

• We are looking for a candidate with bachelor degree in international business, business administration, industrial engineer or related.
• This position will be based in our office in Lima Peru.
• It also desirable that you have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• - At least 2 years in foreign trade and international management.
• - Knowledge in some ERP
• - SAP knowledge (desirable)
• - Intermediate/ advanced english
• - Medium level of Excel
• - Management knowledge in international foreign trade.
