Job Summary:

• 
  Date: understand the date and its source;and explain,reconcile and/or mitigata cross-system discrepancies
• Analytics: (Procurement and Spend):understand user requirements; locate the type and soure of date needed;develop approach and strategy to analysis;build metrices,methodologies and/or finance models to facilitate analysis
• Reporting: generate analytic finding or other revelant information into informal or formal reportds;visualize data i support of analytic findings;and design report in user-frirendly fashion and digitized manner
• Insight: formulate recommendations and/or solutions out of findings to assist in desision-making;propose alternatives when faced with issues;and explore opportunity for improvement
• Communication: communicate needs and wants in day-to-day work;and present and/or elaborate on completed work/project to user
• Compliance: attend to company procedures and processes;and focus intergrity,prudenca and consistency

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree or above
• English skill : reading and writing is must, fluent speaking is a plus
• Analytic skills: familiar with finance models and statistical/quantitative approaches (Knowladge of R/SPSS/Eviews is preferred); basic presentation and case study skill
• Computer skills : understanding of all Excel functions, including macros and pivot tables;knowladge of common office tools (Word,PPT,Visio)
• Reporting skills: experience in formal reporting (ability in design is preferred)
• Technical skills: knowladge of common database querying languages(e.g.SQL) and visualization tools (e.g.QlikView,PowerBI) is preferred
• Strong logics and strong reasoning skills
• Excellent communicator and muti-tasking problem solver
• Self-starter,attentive to details ,well-organized, and team oriented
• Willing to work on flexible shift
