Main tasks and responsibilities

• Collect data from forecast and integrate into Weekly/Monthly MRP for assigned categories to meet Production Plan requirements and objectives
• Coordinate the schedule of activities with production planners, logistics and relevant parties. Investigate the material shortage situation to mitigate impact to production plan
• Monitor and track RM supply and suppliers’ performance, and develop actions plans to bridge gaps, with production, logistics, and procurement teams
• Generate reports and analyze stock items in opportunities and constrains to optimize RM inventory level
• Arrange material shipment with low cost in terms of ship terms, combination.
• A key interface with suppliers, procurement and production planning
• Regularly update consuming material and keep stock accuracy
• Enquire& Purchase raw material or finished goods from other AC

Education and experience

• 2~5 years of material planning experience in Chemical production (both in MTS or MTO)
• Complex production and product portfolio management experience is plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industry engineering, chemistry or related disciplines required
• Language: fluent in Mandarin & English both oral & writing
• Operations & Process: solid experience of MRP planning, with chemical production operation knowledge preferred
