For the VPC, we are looking for you as a Procurement Engineer.

Main Work:

  • Receive PR from MRP or team leader 从MRP/team leader接收处理PR
  • Send RFQ to qualified suppliers and negotiate for good price quality (including payment term), perform bundling and coordinate design to cost (if necessary)询价,与供应商谈判拿到高质量最优价格,(如需要)参与产品整合及与设计沟通达到降低成本的要求
  • Prepare and issue PO in system on time (in principle, within 2 weeks after receiving PR)及时在系统内下订单(原则上在收到PR两周内)
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders in SAP 在SAP中下单

  • Get OC within two weeks after sending PO to supplier and maintain vendor confirmation date in system after receiving OC.

合同发给供应商后两周内拿到供应商的订单确认,并在系统中维护

  • Coordinate internally and externally to make sure delivery on time 保持内部和外部的沟通以确保交货期
  • Perform supplier expediting (if necessary) 拜访供应商(如必要)
  • Maintain corresponding material master维护对应物料主数据
  • Keep PO transaction related documents in nominated share point在公共区维护归档合同相关信息
  • Support MGM (if available) 支持战略采购的工作(如需要)
  • Have good understanding of MG strategy(including but not limited to corresponding supplier financial statement/ operations/ capacity/ production planning/etc.)对物料战略充分了解(包含但不限于对应供应商财务/运营/产能/生产计划等的情况)
  • Have good understanding of corresponding supplier lifecycle 对供应商的生命周期充分了解
  • Supply risk assessments and initiation of adequate supplier evaluation together with SQE and Designers (if necessary)与SQE和设计者对风险做出适当的评估以及供应商评价
  • Coordinate complaints with suppliers and charge back non-conformance cost from suppliers处理与供应商相关的投诉以及索回不合格品产生的费用
  • Arrange and track payment to supplier in due time及时安排并跟踪付款
  • Strictly follow State and Company regulations (e.g. Code of Conducts, internal trade rules, etc.) and purchasing working instruction严格遵守国家及公司法规(保密协议,内部贸易条款等)
  • Compliant合规
  • Ensure cost saving target are met or surpassed (by negotiation, cost anylysis, driving DTC& standalization etc.)确保达到成本节省或更优
  • Perform other duties as assigned by team leader完成领导交代的其他任务
  • Participat in project reviews and other project-related meeting and provide purchasing-side support参与项目跟踪和其他项目相关的会议并提供采购方的支持


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer is must,机械工程方面本科学历

Years of experience:

1. 1+ years purchasing experience, preferably in paper industry or machinary industries with proven records.1年以上采购工作经验,具有造纸工业或机械工业工作经验优先
2. Good negotiation skills良好的谈判能力

3. Proven record of driving results.结果导向思维

4. Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business.积极主动地态度

5. Proficiency in comanding English; German is an additional advantage.精通英语,同时具备德语优先考虑
