Accenture is seeking a Sourcing Associate Manager to collaborate with internal and external clients to help develop sourcing strategies related to a variety of spend areas within the Professional Services category (i.e. Financial Services, Banking, Tax, Advisory, Management Consulting, Legal, Fleet, Market Data, Administrative & Professional Service, etc...) & marketing category, MRO category.  You will help lead sourcing and procurement solutions designed to drive spend capture, as well as lead client selection criteria processes, supplier selection processes, contract negotiations and formal bidding processes. Help in providing industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to clients and internal teams is another key responsibility. You will support development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activities and collaborate with the Procurement Category function.

Key Responsibilities would include:

• Help Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies and industries, drive saving & compliance
• Help Lead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
• Contract drafting and negotiation with suppliers, align with local legal and global legal team
• Help provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to client.
• Pursue and develop stakeholder relationships in your accounts, support account stakeholder relationship plans
• Able to lead and Mentor team members on industry best practices with a special emphasis on market trends and insights, commercial structure assessment, negotiation strategies and contracting
• Help engage with prospective clients during business development pursuits through support of contract assessments, client due diligence calls, and presenting the practice delivery approach and case studies
