1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的

A – FULL TIME ROLE

? lead & execute the strategic procurement plan for all primary and metal packaging (crowns, aluminum cans, glass bottles, labels, kegs, folding carton and corrugate) for APAC.

? deliver identified budget targets and cost savings which are significant contributor to zone EBITDA.

? aggressive cost management of this spend with associated price variance risk on a significant scale.

? supplier development & lead costing exercise for Innovation projects.

? support the zone’s Value Engineering initiatives through alternate materials and methods to commercial implementation.

? ensure that suppliers of major primary packaging materials are complying with InBev expectations on food safety and hygiene.

2. Accountabilities 职责

? this role is responsible for tracking and predicting annual material price variance and delivering assigned cost savings targets.

? key resource within the zone for related commodity markets (aluminum, steel, paper)

Education:

University Education

Experience:

? 5 years of experience combined with solid strategic and analytical thinking skills

? knowledge of brewery operations

? commodity and risk management

? change management skills

? strong negotiation skills

Technical competencies: (Job related)

? strong purchasing skills

? strong communication skills

? strong analytical skills

? good knowledge of manufacturing practices

? commodities knowledge / category cost drivers (aluminum, steel & paper)

? solid Microsoft Office skills: presentations, spreadsheets

? Proficient in English

? must demonstrate passion and high energy to achieving results

? persist in overcoming obstacles towards success of objectives

? challenge self, suppliers & plant colleagues and persevere to successful conclusion

? initiative for “self management” and “self starting” on projects and tasks

? best practices found within InBev or from Suppliers will be leveraged towards most efficient means to achieve results ? will communicate effectively to establish most productive and satisfactory relationships between the breweries, supplier, zone corporate Procurement and Brewery Support.
