The Challenge:

1. Keep process stable and make continuous improvements in process in order to keep production stable and good products quality, all activity must meet DSM SHE/S requirements. 保证工艺的稳定，负责整个工艺的持续改进，保持生产稳定增加生产产出，降低成本同时符合质量标准；所有的工作必须符合DSM的SHE&S要求。

The Position:

1. Be responsibility for SHE&S in the position and work and follow up SOP. 对自己岗位和工作活动的SHE&S负责，严格遵守SOP操作。

2. Take an active part in training for SHE&S and meeting the SHE&S requirements of this position. 积极参加SHE&S培训,认真学习，满足岗位SHE&S要求。

3. Follow up and execute SHE&S SOP and report unsafe behavior and near miss in time. 严格遵循并执行公司SHE&S SOP，发现不安全的行为与隐患应立刻汇报。

4. Follow up LSR and KSB in all activities and point out unsafe behavior and report to line manager or SHE&S department. 在作业活动中自觉遵守LSR与KSB，对不安全的行为进行指正或汇报。

5. Take part in risk assessment for this position and report case and near miss case. 参与岗位的风险评估，发现事故或事故隐患立刻进行汇报。

6. Take active part in process safety training and communication to meet the requirements of PSLC. Enhance the level of process safety of company. 积极参加相关工艺安全培训交流的活动，满足担任PSLC岗位人员所需要的技能，推动公司整体工艺安全水平的提高。

7. Must take chair role of PSA in site as a process engineer. 作为工艺工程师，必须承担工厂PSA主持人的角色。

8. Actively participate in quality internal audit and perform internal audit compliance with Food safety & Quality requirements. 确保积极参与并按照质量内审要求开展内审。

9. Be responsible for Food safety & Quality of all activities, comply with SOP requirements. 对自己岗位和工作活动的食品安全和质量活动负责，严格遵守SOP操作。

10. Actively and seriously, participate in Food safety &Quality training; meet Food safety & Quality requirements. 积极参加食品安全和质量培训,认真学习，满足岗位食品安全和质量要求。

11. Strictly follow and comply with the food safety & quality requirements, and report the behavior and hidden trouble, which not meet the Food safety & Quality requirements immediately. 严格遵循并执行公司食品安全和质量程序要求，发现不符合食品安全和质量要求的行为与隐患应立刻汇报。

12. Consciously abide BBQ in operation control, correct or report the behavior which not meet Food safety & Quality requirements. 在作业活动中自觉遵守BBQ（基本质量行为），对不符合食品安全和质量的行为进行指正或汇。

13. Participate in risk assessment, which relate with Food safety & Quality, and report the accident, deviation and hidden trouble, which not meet the Food safety & Quality requirements immediately. 参与岗位与食品安全和质量相关的风险评估，发现食品安全事故、偏差或事故隐患立刻进行汇报。

14. Actively participate in communication of Food safety & Quality system. 确保积极参与有关食品安全与质量体系的沟通。

15. Learn and comprehend all process, collect production data and analyze it to find potential improvement points and lead process improvement project. 学习掌握所有相关工艺，收集生产数据，并分析，找出潜在的改进点，领导并负责工艺改进项目。

16. Trace process of production, find deviation in time and coaching or correction. joining in RCA and deviation report. 跟踪生产过程，发现偏差及时指导纠正。参与RCA 分析或偏差报告。

17. Write and update process description, batch records and SOPs which related process change or new products; Train operators. 负责工艺改变或新产品的批报和SOP的编写，并培训员工。

18. Be responsible for MoC in related with process for responsible area. 负责区域内与工艺相关的MoC.

19. Focus on AU&OEE, find solution to kill performance killers. 关注区域内AU&OEE， 着力于消除绩效杀手。

20. Focus on for materials and energy balance; find potential saving points to decrease cost. 关注区域内的物料和能源平衡，找出潜在节约的地方，降低成本。

21. Other works assigned by line manager. 直线领导安排的其他工作。

The Ideal:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with biology, fermentation and chemical engineering. 生物发酵或化学工程本科或以上学历

2. Be good at learning new knowledge. 学习能力较强

3. Team work spirit. 团队协作

4. Familiar with Office Software. 熟悉OFFICE 软件

5. Strong English base. 英语熟练

6. Smart, Honest, Responsible. 诚实有责任心
